For me, Target is a hit or miss when it comes to Women’s Fashion, well the last time I was there it was a total HIT!! I got so many cute new things to add a little freshness to my Spring collection. Take this adorable J. Crew- ish Neon pink seahorse cardigan, I styled it two ways, with a neon green skirt & railroad stripe white skinnies. I have to admit, the skirt option looked WAY better in person, or so I thought….
